Kingman Heating & Air is Kingman Heating & Air, a service of AuthenitcBrand, LLC. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and — because Arizona regulates advertising licensed trade work closely — exactly how it is and is not shared.
Note: this is a working draft prepared for launch and has not yet been reviewed by an Arizona attorney. It is scheduled for legal review, per this site's standard practice for every new build.
The short version
Kingman Heating & Air connects Kingman-area homeowners with independent, licensed Arizona HVAC companies — it does not perform HVAC work itself. When you submit a quote request or opt in to messages through this site, we collect your contact details and share them with the one independent HVAC company matched to your request, so that company can respond to you. We do not sell your information to data brokers, and if you only read the site's guides, we collect almost nothing about you.
Information we collect
- Quote request details you submit through our forms: name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you need, and a description of the problem.
- SMS opt-in data: if you check the consent box, we record that consent, the timestamp, and the phone number that opted in, so we can honor your opt-out request and demonstrate consent if asked.
- Call information, once a tracked number is live: your phone number, call time, and — because Arizona is a one-party consent state and this site's own participation in the call satisfies that requirement — a recording, disclosed at the start of the call.
- Basic site analytics: pages visited, approximate city-level location, and device type, collected in aggregate to improve the site.
How we use and share your information
A quote request is shared with exactly one independent, licensed Arizona HVAC company — the one matched to your request and location — so they can contact you about it. If a request is later matched to a different provider not named to you at submission, we obtain fresh, provider-specific consent before that provider sends you any automated marketing message. Matched companies may pay a referral fee; this never changes the price you're quoted.
SMS opt-in data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent collected through this site's forms are not shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional use. The one exception is fulfillment: your phone number is shared only with the specific independent HVAC company needed to respond to the request you submitted — that is the entire purpose of the form, and it is disclosed at the point you submit it, not buried afterward.
Service providers that operate this site — hosting, form handling, call tracking, and analytics — process data on our behalf under their own confidentiality and security obligations, not as independent marketers.
Consent to be contacted
Checking the consent box on our forms authorizes Kingman Heating & Air and the specific independent HVAC company matched to your request to contact you by phone, text message, or email about that request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can also ask any caller directly to stop contacting you.
This site treats "one-to-one" consent — naming the specific receiving business at the point of consent, rather than a blanket authorization to be contacted by any company in a network — as its own internal standard, not a claim about any particular current federal rule. Core prior-express-written-consent requirements under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule, Do-Not-Call and STOP handling, and Arizona law all still apply and are followed regardless.
Cookies & tracking
This site uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technology for analytics and, once call tracking is live, for attributing which page led to a call. We do not run third-party advertising or retargeting cookies. Blocking cookies in your browser will not break access to any content on this site.
Your rights and choices
- Opt out of contact: reply STOP to any text, tell any caller to stop, or reach us through the contact page.
- Access, correction, or deletion: request a copy or deletion of information you've submitted through the contact page.
- Arizona residents: Arizona does not currently have a comprehensive consumer-privacy statute comparable to some other states', but the rights above are honored for every visitor regardless of location.
Data security & retention
Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with access limited to the people and service providers who need it to operate the referral service. Lead and consent records are kept as long as needed to fulfill your request, respond to opt-out requests, demonstrate consent if a dispute arises, and meet any legal retention obligation, then deleted.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging home HVAC services. You must be 18 or older to opt in to SMS messages, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
